Across Europe and beyond, women’s rights, inclusion, and diversity are facing increasing backlash, threatening hard-won progress toward equality and justice. In this context, fostering inclusive communities that center wellbeing, fulfillment, and solidarity is more urgent than ever. This workshop will bring together prominent speakers to share insights on how to resist regression, take action, and reclaim space in the face of adversity. It will also provide a safe and supportive environment to share empowering narratives and build collective hope. The event will conclude with a networking session and drinks, offering participants the chance to connect with inspiring individuals committed to positive change.
