Are you a small business owner looking for a collaborative space to come together, share challenges, and dive into practical strategies to thrive? If so, Francesca Puccio invites you to the newly created Rise Up Monthly Masterminds:

"As a fellow solopreneur, I know how isolating it can feel running a small business. That's why I decided to create a monthly mastermind for us to get together.

My goal is to provide a community of mutual support, expert guidance, and collective inspiration. Together, we'll unlock our full potential, cultivate the mindset and skills to succeed, and stay accountable to taking action.

This is your chance to transform feelings of isolation into a powerful network of support. Whether you're just starting out or in a growth phase, you'll leave each monthly mastermind session with fresh ideas, renewed motivation, and a community cheering you on.

Frequency & Format

This will be a monthly breakfast gathering for our club's small business owners (you can also bring one of more guests). We'll keep the group intimate, capping it at 10-12 participants, to allow for structured discussion and deeper connections. Each session will include a brief presentation on a relevant business topic, small group discussions, and time for sharing insights and committing to action.

With a background in Civil Engineering and Architecture, Francesca runs her boutique interior design practice in Brussels, blending creativity and technical expertise. A certified Robbins Madanes Coach, Tony Robbins Trainer, and NLP practitioner, Francesca is deeply passionate about personal development and empowering women to design their best and most beautiful lives. She believes that running your own business, when done strategically and with intention, becomes a powerful way to create the life you envision and contribute beyond yourself.
