For the first time, a man has created our cocktail menu.
Don’t worry, we checked his references.
This menu is a celebration of women who had to bend the rules to make their mark: women who disguised themselves as men, wrote under male names, or simply refused to accept the limits placed on them.
The woman within is a menu inspired by their stories, our five signature cocktails borrow the names they once used to enter worlds that tried to keep them out.
The Ballad. Le Blanc. Currer. Middlemarch. The Cavalry Maiden.
Five cocktails, five extraordinary women, and a reminder that sometimes the most radical thing a woman can do is refuse to be who the world expects her to be.
