Lucy Leveugle, VP of EMEA Creative Strategy and Content for Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg at Netflix, will be in conversation with Emilie Anthonis, EMEA President of the Motion Picture Association, for an evening exploring leadership, career choices and European storytelling.

At a time when the way we create, distribute and consume stories is constantly evolving, Lucy and Emilie will share the stories behind their careers, the choices, risks and lessons that shaped them, and reflect on what leadership looks like in an industry where there are rarely obvious answers.

Together, they’ll explore how creative ambition meets commercial realities, how changing consumer habits influence the stories that reach our screens, and how their own approaches to leadership have evolved along the way.

The conversation will also turn to European storytelling today: its place within an increasingly global entertainment landscape, the opportunities emerging across different markets, and what it takes for local stories to resonate beyond where they began.
