Workshop: The Fear of the Feminine

In our professional lives as women, we may have mental, emotional, or physical signals that call us to slow down and relax. However, many times we are so preoccupied on the external, that we overlook what is going on inside of us.
Also, we often hear a voice inside of us that something is missing. Though we are not able to name what. Yet something that feels vital seems to be out of reach, lost in the unknown.
More and more often we read stories of profound dissatisfaction in professional life, especially among women. The cry regularly expresses a sense of aridity and emptiness, or a lack of meaning, and a feeling of estrangement both in the workplace and in private life.
What is going on? How does the journey of the heroine differ from the hero's journey?
In this interactive seminar, we will talk about how feminine consciousness is evolving and how the fear of the feminine is still persisting in our society.

Alessandra Satta PhD works as a coach, trainer, facilitator and consultant in deep and systemic change.
