A guided self-defence workshop on how to stay safe, smart, and strong
The system of this workshop, called "Body Posture", is based on the very first behaviour to adopt as soon as one feels in danger, from the simple discomfort to the aggression itself. It is based on principles of body posture, distance, and some basic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
It allows you to learn how to defuse aggression with a simple posture, to realise that to defend yourself is a decision, to develop your self-confidence in the face of aggression.
ABOUT THE TRAINER
Axel Vankimmenade is an international referee in MMA and BJJ. In 2018 he opened his training centre academy, Aorta, where he shares his 10 years experience as a black belt by holding the position of Head Teacher.
Axel has an attachment to philosophy, from which he graduated in 2001, which led him to create a concept in self-defence. A concept where the master keys are posture, positions, and decisions.
Please note that this class will take 1,5 hours and comfortable clothes/ sportswear is advised.
