Join us for a timely discussion on the 2024 EU Elections, focusing on gender and generational inclusivity in politics. Expect dynamic exchanges on gender-age dynamics and trends in politics, and tips to embolden more women in elections.

We know that, despite progress, women in Europe still face systemic barriers, including gender bias and unequal representation, hindering their full participation in politics and electoral processes.

Age exacerbates these challenges, with women deemed "too young" or "too old" (based on societal expectations of appearance, etc), or simply for being in the age-cycle that traditionally coincides with motherhood.
