Navigating Challenges of Highly Sensitive and High Potential Women at Work

  • Did you know 1 out of 5 persons is considered highly sensitive? According to E. Aron, this is a personality trait characterized by deeper cognitive processing and enhanced emotional responsiveness to stimuli in one’s environment. How many people would you then tell in your professional environment?
  • Another statistic: only 3 to 5 % of the population is considered “gifted” or high potential.
  • But if you consider the relatives, colleagues, friends, of high potential people, you come to 40% of the population who is, in one or another way, in contact with “gifted” people.

So are you ready to dive deep into the fascinating realm of giftedness and high

sensitivity in the workplace?

If so, you're in for an enlightening and empowering experience at our upcoming workshop.

Remarkably talented individuals possess a unique operating system of the mind, emotions, and body. These extraordinary qualities do not only enrich the workplace but also present distinct challenges that demand our attention and understanding. Join us as we embark on a journey to unravel the intricacies of these remarkable individuals' career paths. Contrary to common misconceptions, being gifted isn't solely about excelling in mathematics or academia. It is about embodying a different way of thinking, feeling, and interacting with the world—a paradigm that often clashes with conventional norms and expectations.

Gifted refers to a quick and skillful thinker, capable of dealing with complex subjects. They are self-reliant, curious and passionate. They are sensitive, emotionally rich and live intensely. They enjoy being creative.

In this workshop we will explore:

  • The challenges faced by gifted individuals, from managing high standards to navigating nonlinear career trajectories
  • Debunk myths and misconceptions regarding management, emphasizing their invaluable contributions and unique perspectives.
  • Delve into the experiences of those who have walked this path, sharing insights and strategies for overcoming obstacles and thriving in the professional realm: from managing energy levels to seeking meaning and purpose in their work.

Get ready for an engaging and interactive session filled with lively discussions, shared experiences, and unwavering support. At The Nine, we believe in fostering a sense of sisterhood and solidarity, empowering each other to embrace our uniqueness and achieve our full potential.

So mark your calendars and join us for an unforgettable workshop where knowledge meets camaraderie, and where every voice is valued and heard. We can't wait to see you there, ready to share your stories, insights, and aspirations.

Together, let's navigate the challenges of giftedness in the workplace and pave the way for a brighter, more inclusive future. See you soon at The Nine! ✨
