Storytelling for Resilience

21/10/2024 - From 19h30 to 21h - Members Only
Registration mandatory

Resilience, as we currently understand it, is our capacity to bounce back and recover from setbacks and adversity. As women we proudly wear the badge of resilience within an operating system that - by design - isn’t made for us.

Is this forced resilience keeping us in a sacrifice cycle? Are we stuck in a troubleshooting circle that constantly drains our energy?

Ever wondered why burnout affects more women than men? Is there another way to do resilience?

Jeta Bejtullahu, a member of The Nine, has supported Angela Philp - The Queen of Possible - to power her narrative and redefine resilience for women who want to lead and work differently. In this workshop, they are brining both the storytelling process and the redefined resilience concept to the members of The Nine.

YOU WILL WALK AWAY WITH

• A storytelling tool to reframe your purpose

• A concept to redefine your story of resilience

Jeta Bejtullahu

Jeta is a narrative strategist, infusing concepts with power to persuade. Her strength lies in grasping complex policy issues to provide strategic intelligence to change narratives that no longer serve their purpose. She works with leaders and organisations to overcome strategic challenges in order to control their future narrative.

Jeta believes in promoting alternative leadership models and equipping women with skills to build and tell their stories of success.

Angela Philip

Angela is an executive and leadership coach for spirited women. She believes that PLAY, LOVE AND CARE are equally important to leadership as RESPONSIBILITY, INTEGRITY, AND EFFICIENCY. That powerful, transformative leadership comes from the spirit – not ego.

Angela believes that we have a responsibility to bring our gifts as leaders to the planet. While the world has been very resistant to women’s leadership, it also desperately needs women for it to come into balance. If we are meant to transform leadership rather than conform to it, Angela is redefining resilience through her Creative Resilience Programme so that women can thrive while leading differently.
