Success: Does It Have To Be "No Pain, No Gain?"
05/02/2025 - From 19h30 to 21h30 - Members & GuestsRegistration mandatory
In today’s fast-paced world, excellence is often tied to relentless effort, sacrifice, and even suffering. But is that really the only way to achieve greatness?
This workshop invites you to rethink the idea of "no pain, no gain" and explore a healthier, more sustainable—regenerative—approach to success. We’ll look at what excellence truly means, especially for women in leadership roles.
Together, we’ll unpack where the "no pain, no gain" mindset comes from, how it shows up in our work and personal lives, and its impact on confidence and resilience. Most importantly, we’ll explore a better way forward—one where growth and progress don’t have to come at the cost of well-being.
By focusing on boundaries and self-compassion, and adopting the idea that "a rest day is a training day," we can create a foundation for high performance that lasts.
Let’s challenge old ways of thinking and find a path to success that doesn’t cost so much.
