What Men Don't Tell Women: Uncensored Dialogues on Gender Equality

On International Women's Month 2025, we're taking a different approach to advancing gender equality and closing the gender gap in business and society.

Instead of the traditional format where women speak to women about shared experiences, we're creating a platform for meaningful dialogue between genders to foster understanding and drive real change.

 

The event will focus on this question:

"How can we make sure women have the same influence in society as men?"

Everyone will share ideas and make plans to take action.

 

Participation Requirement

Each woman attending must bring a male partner, such as a friend, coworker, or family member.

Why?

We believe that achieving gender equality needs everyone’s help. By inviting men to share their role in making change, this event aims to:

• Foster authentic dialogue
• Identify blind spots and barriers from different perspectives
• Create plans for real action and keep people accountable.
• Make the event enjoyable and inspiring

 

Event Format

The event features a panel of men who will talk about gender equality at work and in society. Each speaker will give a short talk (5-7 minutes) answering specific questions about their experiences and ideas.

 

After each speaker, the audience will:

• Ask questions to learn more.
• Vote on the best ideas shared.
• Participate in an open discussion with panelists
