Loubna Azghoud – Politician, Policy Advisor & Impact Entrepreneur
Loubna Azghoud is a Belgian politician, policy advisor, and serial impact entrepreneur committed to fostering social equity, economic growth, and innovation. With a background in both healthcare and political sciences, she has built a career at the intersection of public policy, entrepreneurship, and gender equality.
Her political journey began in 2012, and she has since served in key advisory roles for several Belgian ministers, including Deputy Prime Minister Joëlle Milquet and Brussels Minister of Economy and Employment Céline Fremault. Since July 2024, she has been a Member of Parliament for the Mouvement Réformateur, where she actively contributes to legislative work on women’s rights, social justice, and economic inclusion.
Beyond politics, Loubna is the founder of Innovation Valley, an initiative that bridges the gap between the private and public sectors to support startups and scale-ups, with a strong focus on Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles. She also created High Her, an inclusive platform designed to close the gender funding gap and support female founders in their fundraising journey.
Passionate about technology as a driver for equality, Loubna has been a keynote speaker at international summits hosted by the EU, U.S. Department of State, OECD, G20, and UNIDO, sharing her expertise on entrepreneurship, digital economy, and the future of work.
