- Aitza Burgess-Reynolds Researcher & Content Creator
Aitza Burgess is a Central Florida native of African American and Caribbean heritage currently residing in Brussels, Belgium. She is interested in exploring digital technologies, pop culture, new media, and culture through the lens of Blackness globally. She is a portrait and travel photographer, writer, dancer, and lifelong learner.
Professionally and less impressively, she works as a media & entertainment researcher, leveraging her training in the social sciences and humanities to explore the intersections of culture and media. In a previous life, she was a travel and finance blogger, where she shared insights and experiences through the lens of Black womanhood. During this time, she presented research on digital erasure, race, womanhood, and political rhetoric at several academic conferences in the United States.

Dr. Audrey-Flore Ngomsik is a pioneering strategist in corporate social responsibility and sustainable development, guided by her conviction that sustainability is the solution, not the problem. With a Ph.D. in Physical & Analytical Chemistry from Sorbonne University, she has spent two decades transforming how businesses approach environmental and social challenges.
As a dynamic TEDx and keynote speaker and multi-awarded leader, Dr. Ngomsik is known for making complex sustainability concepts accessible and actionable. She works directly with CEOs and board members, helping them integrate social and environmental sustainability into their corporate DNA while enhancing profitability and competitiveness.
Her comprehensive approach spans public speaking, consulting, auditing, and executive training, with a particular focus on promoting intersectional leadership for an effective green transition.
As a board member of the European Policy Center and adviser to the Brussels government, she helps shape policies driving sustainable transformation, proving that businesses can successfully reconcile sustainability with growth and profitability.
Graduated in Advertising and Commercial Communication from IHECS in Brussels, Aurélie works for an incubator for young entrepreneurs and is passionate about new technologies, entrepreneurship, and social justice!
In June 2020, Aurélie founded Belgian Entreprenoires with the goal of supporting women-led small businesses during the COVID-19 crisis, offering a more diverse range of products to Belgian consumers, and expanding opportunities for Black women entrepreneurs today and in the future.
