This initiative is part of our efforts to actively address the gender imbalance in the ITS industry. Through this exclusive gathering, we, as event organisers, aim to spark important conversations about challenges such as the lack of female visibility in ITS Congresses and the prevalence of “Manels” (all-male panels) that still dominate in the industry.
