
Reset Into Summer – A Yoga & Journaling Workshop

Step into the new season with intention, presence, and ease.
As summer begins, take a mindful pause to reset and reconnect with yourself. This one-hour guided yoga session with Krisztina is designed to help you slow down, turn inward, and welcome the energy of the season with clarity and calm. The practice will be followed with a 30-minutes journaling and reflection moment.
Seasonal transitions are a powerful time to reflect and realign—so let’s make space to do just that, together. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this gentle flow is open to all levels.
Weather permitting, we’ll practice outdoors to soak up the fresh air—just bring layers in case it cools down. Don’t forget your yoga mat (we won’t have extras on site).
After class, stay for a moment of connection with fellow yogis—because summer’s also about slowing down together.
