This google form is dedicated to entrepreneurs interested in taking part in our Conscious Winter Market.

The Nine Winter Conscious Market is a curated winter market celebrating women-led businesses and entrepreneurs of marginalised genders, with a strong focus on conscious consumption, craftsmanship, and purpose-driven brands.

Hosted by The Nine, a private women’s club in Brussels, the market brings together a carefully selected mix of creators, designers, food entrepreneurs, and lifestyle brands in an intimate, high-quality setting.

This is not a registration but an application process. All candidates will be reviewed, and selected brands will be contacted on September 01st, 2026. We aim to curate a diverse and high-quality selection of products, so participation will be based on the overall balance and variety of applications received.

This market is fully dedicated to of women-led brands and entrepreneurs of marginalised genders and celebrates creativity, craftsmanship, and purpose-driven businesses.

• Saturday, 28 November | 03:00 PM – 09:00 PM

The Nine Clubhouse

Participation Fee

• €75 for The Nine Members
• €100 for Non-Members

The fee includes promotion, logistics, Wi-Fi, coffee, tea, water, and one meal deal across the two days.

Please note that vendors must be available for both days. Applications for one day only will not be considered.

Vendor Space

Each selected vendor will receive approximately two tables (70x70 cm) and a chair. This is an indication and will be adjusted based on the final vendors selection. To visualise the space you can check this reel of our previous edition. 

Sales

Sales are handled directly by vendors. The Nine takes no commission on sales.

Member Benefit

We kindly ask participating brands to offer a small benefit to The Nine members upon presentation of their membership card, whether as a symbolic discount or a small gift.
