The digital world does not belong to one generation. It is shaped in layers, by those who built its foundations, those who are redefining its possibilities, and those who are only just beginning to question what it could become.
Across Brussels, women are navigating this evolving landscape from different vantage points. Some are leading teams, influencing policy, or steering technological transformation. Others are entering the field, bringing fresh perspectives, new skills, and different expectations of what leadership, inclusion, and progress should look like.
This evening creates a space where these trajectories intersect.
Through a series of opening reflections and guided conversations, the discussion explores how women are building careers, influence, and meaning across the digital workforce. It looks at what is gained — and what is sometimes lost — between generations, how informal networks shape opportunity, and how emerging technologies such as AI are quietly reshaping not only how we work, but how we relate to one another within professional spaces.
