Women Leading Change: The Carter Center

28/05/2026 - From 19h to 22h - Public

This panel will explore what leadership looks like in a time of rapid global change.

At a time where global tensions are rising, funding landscapes are tightening, and institutions are being tested, what does it actually mean to lead with purpose?

This conversation brings together women operating at the highest levels of policy, business, and civil society to reflect on what leadership looks like today, beyond titles, beyond visibility. From navigating geopolitical pressure to sustaining impact in resource-constrained environments, the discussion opens up the realities behind decision-making, influence, and responsibility.

With Paige Alexander, Dr Audrey-Flore Ngomsik, Audrey Hanard, Isabella Lenarduzzi and Tanya Cox, the evening explores how values-driven leadership translates into action, and what it takes to remain both effective and grounded in moments of uncertainty.

An evening for those who are not only observing change, but actively shaping it.
