The Breakfast Mastermind is a small-scale, high-impact series for members to exchange with one of The Nine’s advisory board members.

Over coffee and breakfast (because authenticity tastes better with a pastry), the discussion is shaped by the room: your questions, your challenges, your current realities. Expect sharp perspectives, concrete examples, hard-earned lessons, and space for honest dialogue.

Each session is intentionally limited in size to keep the exchange dynamic, personal, and genuinely useful. You’ll leave with new ways of thinking, a sense of emulation, and a stronger connection to the women steering The Nine.

This month, meet Louma Albik

Senior international policy and partnerships expert with over 20 years of experience across European institutions, international organizations, and civil society. Specialized in EU affairs, migration, gender equality, and cross-sector collaboration, with a strong track record of aligning policy frameworks with operational impact.

Founder and former Director of SB Overseas, successfully scaling an international organization to reach more than 1 million beneficiaries and empowering over 22,500 women globally. Experienced in advising on EU policy, leading multi-stakeholder partnerships, and delivering high-impact programmes in complex international environments.

A short session on “How to Become a Great Leader” will be led by Louma. Drawing from her work on the refugee crisis and her recognition at both national and EU level, she will share practical insights on impactful, values-driven leadership and empowering women to create meaningful change.
