If you’ve spent one too many hours staring at a blank page, agonising over emails, or struggling to get your ideas across, this session is for you.

In this workshop, we’ll slow things down and look at what makes good writing work. Whether you’re drafting emails, polishing a LinkedIn post, writing a blog or marketing materials, the goal is simple: to help you write words people want to read.

About our speaker, Jennifer Ruthe

Hi, I’m Jen—a senior nonprofit professional turned writer and communications specialist. With 15
years’ experience behind me, I combine strategy with content development to help nonprofits,
agencies, companies and global institutions communicate their work with clarity.
Much of this work focuses on health and social impact, but this is not exclusive. Over the years, I’ve
delivered on a wide range of projects, including high-level advocacy pieces, event communications,
corporate positioning and award-winning campaigns. My writing has also been published in leading
academic journals, including BMC Nursing and BMJ Global Health.
