Sustainable Living Made Easy: Mental Health

17/05/2022 - From 19h00 to 20h00
Registration mandatory

Having examined how we can make sustainable, conscious decisions in what we consume and how we spend, the Sustainable Living Made Easy series now looks inwards to mental health. What even is a sustainable approach to our mental health? Find this out, and more, with resident expert Dr Audrey-Flore Ngomsik and special guest Monica Messina, the head of the programme Postvention Papageno, at the regional federation for research in psychiatry and mental health of Hauts-de-France.

They will help us understand why a comprehensive and preventive approach protects your health, strengthens your resilience, and helps you build a sustainable business. More specifically, Monica will help the audience investigate the aspects that make us complex beings, and measure their quality, to identify areas that are out of balance and thus deploy appropriate actions to improve them. At the end of the workshop, you will be able to answer more accurately to the question: “How are you”?
