After a beautiful sold-out first edition, Rise Up! , the in-person mastermind for solopreneurs, is returning to The Nine this September.

Created by Francesca Puccio, interior designer, coach and Tony Robbins Trainer, Rise Up! is a space for thoughtful women entrepreneurs to grow both their business and themselves.

In each session, you’ll step away from the day-to-day to reflect, realign, and reconnect with your vision, supported by coaching, peer connection, and practical tools that help you stay focused, energized, and on purpose.

The Speaker, Francesca Puccio

With a background in Civil Engineering and Architecture, Francesca Puccio runs a boutique interior design practice in Brussels, blending elegance, creativity, and technical expertise to create spaces that feel both beautiful and deeply personal.

She is also a certified Robbins-Madanes Coach, one of a few hundred Tony Robbins Trainers worldwide, and an NLP practitioner. Her coaching work focuses on helping high-functioning, purpose-driven women reconnect with themselves and design a life and business that feels aligned and fulfilling.
Francesca is the creator of Rise Up!, an in-person mastermind co-created with The Nine, Belgium’s first female-focused private members’ club. Born from her own experience as a solopreneur, Rise Up! is a space for connection, honest conversation, and growth — a community where women support one another with heart, courage, and intention.

She is deeply passionate about empowering women to design their best life. She believes that running your own business, when done strategically and with intention, becomes a powerful way to create the life you envision and contribute beyond yourself.
