Unique, but Not Alone | Embracing Your Unique Potential

16/09/2025 - From 19h30 to 21h30 - Members Only

Have you ever felt like you think, feel, or work differently from the people around you?

Do you often crave new projects, constant learning, and deeper meaning, only to sometimes feel out of sync, misunderstood, or even exhausted by it all?

If this resonates, you are not alone.

Many brilliant, highly sensitive, high-potential or multi-potential women share these experiences: excelling in complexity, sensing the atmosphere in a room instantly, creating connections with ease… and yet, struggling with perfectionism, high expectations, or finding balance in their energy.

In this workshop, Isabelle Deliége -coach and expert in neurodiversity- will open a safe and inspiring space for women who identify as high-potential, highly sensitive or multi-potential. If you are simply wondering whether you might be: it is also a good opportunity to get to know more about it and meet other like-minded women.

Together, we will:

  • Explore the challenges and strengths of gifted and highly sensitive women at work and in life.
  • Share lived experiences, and experiment with sisterhood and collective intelligence. It is a safe space for you to experiment what it is like to give the floor to this (potential) singular part of yourself.
  • Discover practical ways to care for your unique energy and to thrive authentically.

Expect a mix of storytelling, insights, and a live mastermind exercise where one participant brings a real-life challenge , and a sample of participants from the group offer perspectives and solutions. A true taste of sorority and shared wisdom.
